Preparation directions
  • Bring a pot of filtered water to boil.
  • Put the borage leaves in a tea pot and little honey, or your preferred sweetener, and pour the boiled water over.
  • Put the teapot lid on top and let steep for 5-10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, prepare teacups with a touch of honey and 1-2 borage flowers.
  • Pour prepared tea (tisane) in cups and serve.

How often to use

The adult dosage requirement for the herbal infusion form of the borage is different; this is about 10 ml of the dried herb steeped in 250 ml of boiling water, But not taken excess thrice every day of the dosage period.
